• Sawing

  The 4 Marvel saws allow us to cut bundles up to 23” by 25”. Our skilled operators can cut any length from ¼” to 65’. This pre- fabrication saves you time & money.

• Shearing

  We operate two, state of the art, Cincinnati shears. We can sheer sheets up to 3/8” thick and up to 12’ wide. Standard tolerance on our cuts is ± 1/16”.

• Coil Leveling &
  Cut-To-Length Line

  Our leveling line gives us the capability to level coils from 20ga to ¼” thick. Coils can be between 36” and 60” wide. Our cut to length line allows us to produce sheets from 48” to 240” long.

• Punching & Notching

  Our 50-ton Piranha Ironworker allows us to punch and notch sheets up to 3/8” thick.

• Breaking

  West Memphis Steel can break material up to 20’ long and 3/8” thick.

• Welding & Fabricating

  West Memphis Steel has the trained staff and facilities to fabricate and weld many unique projects.

• Milling

  If you need precision milling work done, contact West Memphis Steel for great solutions.

• Swaging

  We can reduce or expand tube ends to your specification.
